WHY BUY RUGGED RESTORE?
You may be asking yourself, "why should I buy professional level products from Rugged Restore when I can just use dish soap or other discount products from a big box retailer?"

We are located outside of a small town called Bozeman in the beautiful state of Montana.
Rugged Restore is a family owned and managed small business. All business, fulfillment, and management operations are completed in house.

Each product will have instructions for use on the label, but we also provide more detailed instructions and in most cases, photos and videos on the individual product pages. Please refer to the product page for the item to reference this information.
All of our chemical products are made, blended, bottled, and labeled in the US. Grit Guard & RAGGTOPP/SOFTTOPP products are also made in the US.
Our microfiber towels and related items are imported by a small towel company. In some cases, accessories such as scrubbers, applicators, foam cannons, etc. will also be imported.
We do our best to provide the most affordable options for shipping, while getting your products to you as quickly as possible. In most cases, we can ship your products by Flat Rate USPS, which arrives to US destinations in 2-3 days. For larger orders, we may ship by UPS or FedEx.
In most cases, we can ship by USPS Priority Mail, which delivers in 2-3 days in the contiguous United States, and 7-10 days in HI, AK, and PR. Larger packages shipped by UPS are generally 3-5 days.
We typically ship items either the same day or the next day after ordering, M-S.
While we do our best to make sure your order is properly fulfilled and packed, but mistakes can happen. If you're missing any items, please refer to your packing slip and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with:

While most packages arrive in excellent conditions, damage in shipping can occur. The first step is to refuse delivery of any package that is obviously damaged from the carrier, if possible. The second step is to take pictures of the packaging and the damage that occurred. Then, please send those pictures along with your order information to: email@example.com.
Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information at the email address you provided during your order.
If an item has not arrived by the expected date, please refer to that tracking information and verify the address is correct. If your package shows "delivered" but you cannot find it, we recommend checking with your neighbors to see if someone picked it up for you.
If you still cannot locate it, please use the tracking information to contact the shipping company directly. We will do our best to assist, but unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages once they have been delivered.
We want you to love Rugged Restore products! If you aren't satisfied with any product, please contact us within 30 days, at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may attempt to help you with the issue.
If we are unable to satisfactorily address the problem, we will arrange for you to return the product for a refund. Note - you may be responsible for shipping costs for the return, and the initial shipping cost.
